3. Data collection when visiting our website (server log files)
Our website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. Each time our website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically collects the following data in so-called server log files:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of access
- page/file accessed and amount of data transferred
- browser and operating system used
- previously visited page (referrer URL)
This data is collected to ensure the technically error-free operation and security of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). For security reasons, the log files are stored for a limited period and then deleted.
4. Contact form and email contact
If you send us inquiries via the contact form or by email, the information you provide in the form — first name, last name, email address and your message — is stored with us for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR if your inquiry relates to the initiation of a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected, generally after your inquiry has been fully processed, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
5. Cookies and tracking
This website currently uses no cookies for analytics, marketing or tracking purposes, and does not integrate any analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), social media plugins or advertising pixels. Should this change in the future, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, if required, a cookie consent banner will be added.
6. Links to social networks
Our website contains references (simple links) to our profiles on social networks. When you click on such a link, you leave our website; no automatic transfer of data to the respective provider takes place from our side. The privacy policies of the respective provider apply to data processing on the external platforms.
7. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser's address bar changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser bar.
8. Changes to this privacy policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements or to reflect changes to our services. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.
